043 Mandato
Descripción
Documento electrónico que acredita el otorgamiento de Contratos de Mandato a Sujetos del Registro, con el fin de interactuar en nombre y representación de los Emisores o Facturadores y/o Legítimos Tenedores y/o Adquirentes/Deudores y/o Avalistas, para el envío de eventos al RADIAN.
El otorgante del Mandato se denominará Mandante y quien recibe el Mandato se denominará Mandatario.
El evento Mandato debe ser transmitido a la DIAN por parte del mandatario
El proceso de generación del mandato lo realiza el mandante por medio de una propuesta de mandato, la cual deberá ser aceptada por el mandatario y posteriormente inscrito en el RADIAN por un sujeto del RADIAN.
Emisor del evento
Mandante (Emisores o Facturadores y/o Legítimos Tenedores y/o Adquirentes/Deudores y/o Avalistas).
Receptor del evento
DIAN
Efecto
Permite la generación y envío de los eventos de las Factura Electrónicas de Venta consideradas Título Valor en el RADIAN por parte del mandatario.
Depende de los siguientes eventos

Terminación del mandato (44-TM)
Restricciones
Los Mandatarios/Representantes del Emisor/Facturador deben estar previamente registrados/habilitados en RADIAN.
El evento pago total de la factura electrónica de venta (452) restringe la generación de este evento.
