049 Transferencia de los derechos económicos

What is it?​

  • It is the electronic document (optional) that evidences the transfer of economic rights from the transferor, assignor, or endorser to a third party (assignee). The transferor transfers all the economic rights of the title unconditionally, and the assignee becomes the owner of the document as movable property.
  • If there is more than one transferor or assignor in the senderparty block, it must be ensured that the sending of this event of economic rights transfer is issued by a Mandatario, and additionally, it must be validated that it complies with the (Acceptance Criterion – Transmission of the Event by the Mandatario) for each of the transferors or assignors.

Who is responsible for generating the electronic document?​

  • The transferor, Assignor, or Endorser is responsible.

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • The Acquirer, Assignee, or Endorsee of the transferred rights is responsible.
Restrictions
  • Electronic Sales Invoices that do not have the characteristics to be considered as a bill of exchange will have restrictions in generating this event.
  • The “Termination of mandate” restricts the generation of this event by the attorney.
  • The “Endoso en procuración” restricts this event.
  • The “Endoso en garantía” restricts this event.
  • The “Limitation for circulation” restricts the generation of this event.
  • The “Endoso con efectos de cesión ordinaria” restricts this event.
  • The “Protesto” restricts the generation of this event.
  • The event “Pago total de la factura electrónica de venta” (452) restricts the generation of this event.
  • The event “Pago total de la transferencia de los derechos económicos” (512) restricts the generation of this event.
