047 Endoso con efectos de Cesión ordinaria

What is it?​

  • In accordance with Article 660 of the Commercial Code and Article 2.2.2.53.6 of Decree 1074 of 2015, Sole Regulatory of the Commerce, Industry, and Tourism Sector, it is the event by which the circulation of an electronic sales invoice as a bill of exchange, whose payment term has expired, is registered in RADIAN.
  • In accordance with Article 660 of the Commercial Code and Article 2.2.2.53.7 of Decree 1074 of 2015, Sole Regulatory of the Commerce, Industry, and Tourism Sector, when this event is registered, the effects of an ordinary assignment are produced.
  • One or several of these events can be registered for an Electronic Sales Invoice as a Bill of Exchange.

Who is responsible for generating the electronic document?​

  • The endorser (Issuer/Biller or Legitimate Holder) is responsible.

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • The Endorsee is responsible.

  • The event "Inscripción en el RADIAN de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor que circula en el territorio nacional" is necessary for the generation of this event.
  • The “Endoso en propiedad”, “Endoso en procuración”, or the “Endoso en garantía” restrict the generation of this event.
  • The “Limitation for circulation of the electronic sales invoice as a bill of exchange” restricts the generation of this event.
  • The “Terminación de mandato” restricts the generation of this event by the attorney.
  • The “Protesto” restricts the generation of this event.
  • The “Transferencia de los derechos económicos” restricts the generation of this event.
  • The event “Pago total de la factura electrónica de venta” (452) restricts the generation of this event.
