Endorsement in Guarantee event

This event generates an electronic document by which the Issuer or Invoicer or Legitimate Holder (Endorser) delivers a Sales Electronic Invoice treated as a Negotiable Instrument to a third party (Endorsee) as a guarantee for an obligation or credit.

The endorser constitutes a real pledge guarantee on the negotiable instrument, in order to back a different obligation.

In this case, the actors of the process are as follows:

• Event receiver: Endorsee
• Event issuer: Endorser (Electronic Issuer/Invoicer or Legitimate Holder)

This process allows pledging the Sales Electronic Invoice treated as a Negotiable Instrument to a subsequent legitimate holder as backing for an obligation or credit.

Event 038 depends on the RADIAN registration event of the sales invoice (36-RAD).

The following events prevent this event:

• Circulation limitation (41-LCFEVT)
• Mandate termination (44-TM)
• Endorsement cancellation (40-CE)

However, this event can only be registered by the legitimate holder.
