Endorsement in Procuration event

This type of event generates an electronic document used to seek acceptance of the instrument and/or its payment. It is a limited endorsement; it only grants the Endorsee certain powers, which are exercised on behalf of and representing the Endorser. It requires the signature and a clause stating "endorsement in procuration," "endorsement for collection," or any other similar wording.

The actors of this event are:

• Event issuer: Endorser (Electronic Issuer/Invoicer or Legitimate Holder).
• Event receiver: Endorsee.

This method allows transferring the powers for collection on the Sales Electronic Invoice treated as a Negotiable Instrument to a subsequent legitimate holder.

It also depends on the RADIAN registration event of the sales invoice (36-RAD) and prevents the following events:

• Circulation limitation (41-LCFEVT)
• Mandate termination (44-TM)
• Endorsement cancellation (40-CE)
• Endorsement in ownership (37-EPD)
• Endorsement in guarantee (38-EG)

This event can only be registered by the legitimate holder.
