Metadata event
In this event, an electronic document is generated that certifies the granting of Mandate Contracts to Registry Subjects, in order to interact on behalf of and representing Issuers or Invoicers and/or Legitimate Holders and/or Acquirers/Debtors and/or Guarantors, for sending events to RADIAN.
The party granting the Mandate will be called the Principal, and the party receiving the Mandate will be called the Agent.
The mandate generation process is carried out by the principal through a mandate proposal, which must be accepted by the agent and subsequently registered in RADIAN by a RADIAN subject.
In this event there are two actors:
- Event issuer: Principal (Issuers or Invoicers and/or Legitimate Holders and/or Acquirers/Debtors and/or Guarantors).
- Event receiver: DIAN
Event 043 – Metadata allows the generation and sending of events for Sales Electronic Invoices treated as Negotiable Instruments in RADIAN by the agent.
In addition, this event depends on the Issuer/Invoicer's Agents/Representatives being previously registered with DIAN, and it prevents the Mandate Termination event (44-TM).
