043 Mandate
Description
Electronic document that certifies the granting of Mandate Contracts to Subjects of the Registry, for the purpose of interacting in the name and representation of the Issuers or Invoicers and/or Legitimate Holders and/or Acquirers/Debtors and/or Guarantors, to send events to RADIAN.
The grantor of the Mandate shall be called the Principal (Mandante) and the party receiving the Mandate shall be called the Mandatary.
The Mandate event must be transmitted to the DIAN by the mandatary
The mandate generation process is performed by the principal by means of a mandate proposal, which must be accepted by the mandatary and subsequently registered in RADIAN by a RADIAN subject.
