Brazil: AR — Issuance

This flow describes the sequence of steps when an electronic document is issued from Gosocket using NDD Space as fiscal middleware.

Process flow

1. XML generation — Gosocket generates the XML file and sends it to NDD Space.

2. Validation and transformation — NDD Space validates the content and applies the De/Para rules to adapt the Gosocket format to the specifications of each municipality:

   • DTE/GUF → integration format in generic Gosocket mapping
   • RPS → XML transformed to the NDD standard
   • De/Para rules → adaptation to the particularities of each municipality
   • File sent to the tax authority → format required by the tax authority (national or municipal model)

3. Branching by document type:

   • NFS-e → NDD communicates with the corresponding Prefeitura for municipal validation.
   • NF-e, CT-e or MDF-e → NDD communicates with SEFAZ for national validation.

4. Response to Gosocket — NDD processes the tax authority's response and returns it to Gosocket.
