NDD Portal

NDD Space is the administration portal for NDD's fiscal middleware. From here you can review issuances, download approved XMLs, and configure transformation and reception rules by company.

Portal access

Access requires an IP located in Brazil. Credentials are requested from the Integrations team; the enablement link is per environment and is valid for 24 hours.

Documentos module

Equivalent to the Gosocket Inbox: a repository of all issuances processed by NDD. It groups by document type (CTe, MDFe, NFe, NFSe) and includes the Emissão and Solicitações sections.

Emissão (Issued)

Lists all transactions generated by the integrated companies. It shows only Approved or Rejected documents; it allows filtering and exporting to .csv.

To review a document's detail: select it → Abrir → Ocorrências section to see the processing log and the rejection reason if applicable.

ℹ️ Download the XML sent to the tax authority

This XML is not recoverable from Gosocket. To obtain it: select the document → "…" button → Solicitar Download → XML. The download will become available in the Solicitações section.

Solicitações (Download requests)

History of requested downloads: it includes both the file received by NDD from Gosocket (RPS) and the transformed file sent to the tax authority.

Per-company administration: activation, enabling of document types, and transformation rules.

Regras de Integração (De/Para rules)

Transformations that adapt the NDD format (RPS) to the schema required by each municipality. They are organized into Grupos de Conversão, which associate a set of rules with one or more client TaxIDs.

Reception mailboxes

NDD generates two mailboxes per TaxID: one for CT-e/NF-e and another for NFS-e. These mailboxes must be shared with the Operations team so they can be registered in the Gosocket Inbox.

Enabling reception by document type

Type	Required configuration
NFS-e Municipal	Enable the query to the Prefeitura according to the configured municipality.
NFS-e Nacional	Enable the query to the SEFAZ national environment.
CT-e	Enable Utilizar distribución DFe. In Participantes include at least Tomador and Recebedor. Start from the most recent document.
NF-e	Enable Utilizar distribución DFe. In Participantes include at least Destinatario. Start from the most recent document.
