ONESOURCE: AP — Reception

Gosocket manages the reception of tax documents for ONESOURCE in Latin America. ONESOURCE queries the Gosocket Inbox via REST API with OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Step 1 — Query received documents

Method: GetReceivedDocument — POST

Queries the documents received by the receiver.

The query does not support filtering by document type or status.

Step 2 — Confirm reception

Method: ConfirmReceivedDocument — POST

Confirmation of document reception. In the AP flow it is mandatory to run the Get → Confirm sequence.

Step 3 — Report reception event

Method: ChangeDocumentStatus — POST

Reports the reception event (commercial acceptance or rejection) to the Tax Authority where applicable.
