How It Works

This documentation describes the electronic invoicing integration between Oracle ERP and Gosocket, which enables compliance with the Electronic Tax Documents (DTE) model required by the regulatory entity of each country.

With this integration, every document issued in Oracle ERP is automatically transformed into the official format required by the tax authority, sent for validation, and the result is reflected back in Oracle without manual intervention.

What Does This Integration Solve?

  • Automatic generation of electronic documents from Oracle ERP.
  • Structural transformation of the document into the required DTE standard.
  • Fiscal validation before the DGI.
  • Reception of the official status of the document (approved, rejected, error).
  • Automatic notification back to Oracle with the result.
  • Availability of the document on a web lookup portal (Gosocket Inbox).

The entire process is automated and relies on APIs and XML transformations (XSLT).

General Architecture

The flow involves three actors: Oracle ERP (where the document originates), Gosocket (which transforms and orchestrates the submission), and the regulatory entity (which validates and approves the document fiscally)
