Error Handling

Possible Errors​

The following types of errors can occur during the integration process:

  1. XSLT transformation error.
  2. DTE validation error.
  3. API communication error.
  4. Error reported by the DGI.
  5. Timeout.
  6. Webhook not received.

Recommendations​

  • Configurable automatic retry: on communication failures, retry the submission according to a configurable policy.
  • Auditable logs: every stage of the process must leave a record so the document can be audited.
  • Active monitoring: continuous monitoring of the process to detect and act on errors in a timely manner.

Every document, whether approved or rejected, is recorded in the Gosocket Inbox Portal together with its status and associated logs, which makes it easier to diagnose any error.
