Product: Simphony Connector Type: Windows Agent / xPos Integration: Oracle Hospitality Simphony POS ↔ Fiscal Issuance Platform (Gosocket)

General description

Simphony Connector is a middle-layer component that acts as an intermediary between Oracle Simphony points of sale (POS) and the cloud-based fiscal issuance platform (Gosocket).

Its main function is to:

  • Receive the information generated at each POS (post-transaction payload).
  • Transform it into the required fiscal format (DTE generation, supported by a transformation XSLT).
  • Send it to the cloud for fiscal processing.
  • Return a structured response to the POS (Simphony) with the result of the operation (supported by a dedicated XSLT for the response).

Product benefits

  • Decouples Simphony from the fiscal logic.
  • Enables multi-country adaptation without modifying the POS.
  • Centralizes fiscal rules.
  • Reduces the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Guarantees traceability and a controlled response to the POS.

Countries covered

  • Costa Rica
  • Chile
  • República Dominicana
  • Colombia (xPos)
