What is the process of a reconciliation in Chile like?

Once we activate the feature and request the reconciliation of a period, the following flow is carried out internally:

1. The DTE receiver requests the reconciliation of a period.

2. Gosocket accesses the information of the Electronic Tax Documents (DTE) received at the SII and addressed to the receiver, for all documents whose reception date at the SII corresponds to the queried period. This query is done in the Received DTE section under "My DTE" within the SII website.

3. The information of assigned documents is obtained. That is, the assignment date of the document and the assignee's RUT. Only if this option was previously selected.

4. The information obtained from the SII is processed and the metadata of the documents that are in the SII records but not registered in Gosocket is stored.

5. The receiver will be able to view the DTE records that were found at the SII but are not in Gosocket, the opposite case, and those that do match the Gosocket records.

6. You can issue a commercial rejection acknowledgment (claim) on the DTE that are in Gosocket and those that are not, but which are available with their metadata.
