Appendix: What do we find in the reconciliation report?

One of the options we find is the generation of a reconciliation report. When you select this option, a .zip folder is generated containing two comma-separated .csv files: the documents file and the events file.

Documents report

The documents report contains the following information:

Identification data of the reconciled document.

Issue and reception date of the document in the DIAN and in Gosocket.

Tax data of the issuer and receiver of the reconciled document.

Taxes applied to the document, its total value, and the currency in which it was paid.

Status of the document according to the .csv uploaded during reconciliation, whether the document was found in the DIAN records, its status in the DIAN, whether the document is in the Gosocket records, its status in Gosocket, and whether the document could be synchronized in case the option to synchronize documents from the DIAN was checked.

Commercial acknowledgment, which can be: A (Accepted), AP (Partially accepted), AT (Tacit Acceptance), R and RD (Rejected), RFT and FT (Total Lack of Merchandise / Services), RFP and FP (Partial Lack of Merchandise / Services).

Acknowledgment of receipt of the good or provision of the service, which can be: RM (Approved Receipt of Merchandise / Services), ERG (Acknowledgment of Receipt of Merchandise in the previous month's Dispatch Guide)

Identifier of the document in Gosocket, Gosocket identifier of the referenced DTE. If the document references another one, the CUFE/CUDE of the referenced DTE will be shown. The Processing Message column indicates whether there was any error processing the document.
