Enabling Reconciliation in México
For Reconciliation to work, you will first need to have uploaded the FIEL certificate (Advanced Electronic Signature) from the Gosocket portal configuration and, subsequently, have it activated by our team.
To enter the key and the signature previously issued by the Tax Entity, go to the Certificates tab found within the Settings module as shown below:

Press the Choose file button located within the Certificate field

You can filter the files in .cer or .pfx format

Select the certificate file.

Press Open.
Once the certificate is opened, the name of the previously selected file will be shown. Now let's start uploading the key. In case you uploaded the certificate in .pfx format, this step will not be necessary.

Press Select file in the Key field.

You can filter the files in the folder so that only those in KEY format are shown

Select the key file.

Press Open.
The names of the previously selected files will be shown so you can verify them.

Enter the password previously generated with the Tax Entity.

Turn on the Electronic signature for reconciliation toggle.

When finished, press Upload.
Once the certificate is registered within the portal, it will be shown within the list of records located at the top of the screen.
In the certificate list you will be able to find the following information:
a. Expiration date of the registered certificate according to the Tax Entity.
b. Serial number of the certificate generated by the Tax Entity.
c. Digital seal of the certificate.
d. Certificate information.
e. Tax identification number of the company to which the certificate belongs.
f. Permissions the company has to communicate with the SAT (Connection) and to sign the issued documents (Signature).
For cases where the certificate was uploaded for reconciliation, the Reconciliation label is shown.
g. Button to delete the certificate.
Once we have the FIEL (Advanced Electronic Signature), we can start the activation of Reconciliation, which can only be performed by Gosocket's Consulting department.
