Folio Manager 3.0
The Folio Manager 3.0 (FM 3.0) is the component of the Gosocket ecosystem responsible for the administration, control, and assignment of electronic folios used in the issuance of tax documents. It acts as the single source of truth for tax numbering: issuing systems request folios, but do not calculate them.
Its function is to guarantee that every issued document uses a valid and unique folio, respects the authorized sequence, complies with the tax regulations of each country, and maintains complete traceability of folio usage.
