Primary Ranges List GF 3.0
Module: Primary Ranges
General description
The Primary Ranges screen allows you to view and manage the primary fiscal numbering ranges created for the organization within the Folio Manager (GF).
A primary range corresponds to a folio range authorized by the tax authority for a specific document type and series. These ranges are used by the GF to distribute numbering to the different billers, either through sub-ranges (local profile) or individual numbers (centralized profile).

Actions per primary range
Each primary range has the following actions:
- Assign billers
Allows associating one or more billers to the primary range so they can consume numbering from that range. - View assigned billers
Displays the list of billers currently associated with the primary range and able to consume numbering from it.
These actions allow controlling and auditing which billers are using each primary range.
Important considerations
- A primary range must be active and have available folios to be assigned to billers.
- Primary range consumption is automatically reflected in the progress, assigned folios, and available folios fields.
- Range statuses allow quickly identifying whether a range can still be used or is already completed or expired.
