Records commercial transactions between companies; allows supporting expenses, costs, or tax credit

Consumer Invoice

Certifies the transfer of goods or provision of services to end consumers

Debit Note

Allows recovering costs and expenses arising after issuance (late-payment interest, freight, etc.)

Credit Note

Modifies sale conditions: cancellations, returns, discounts, allowances

Purchases

Issued by individuals or legal entities when acquiring goods or services from non-taxpayers

Minor Expenses

Supports minor staff payments: consumables, transport, parking, tolls

Special Regimes

For invoices exempt from ITBIS and ISC to persons under special regimes

Governmental

Invoice for goods or services to the Central Government, decentralized and autonomous institutions

Export Receipt

For sales outside the national territory (exporters, free-trade zones)

Foreign Payments Receipt

For payment of taxable income from Dominican sources to non-tax residents
