This manual documents ioFacturo Legacy, the gadget that runs inside the Gosocket platform. If the screens you see do not match the screenshots, you are probably using a different variant of the product — check the ioFacturo Legacy introduction to get oriented.

This manual describes the use of ioFacturo Legacy in Chile: the gadget for issuing Electronic Tax Documents (DTE) that operates within the Gosocket platform, in accordance with the schemas and requirements of the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) (Internal Revenue Service).

It covers the full operating cycle: accessing and installing the gadget, managing folios authorized by the SII (CAF), administering catalogs, issuing documents, and querying issued documents.

Requirements

• An active account on the Gosocket platform (www.gosocket.net), with a username and password.
• The ioFacturo gadget installed in your account (this manual explains how to install it).
• The CAF files (Folio Authorization Code) issued by the SII for the document types you want to issue.

Where to start

New to ioFacturo Legacy

If this is your first time using ioFacturo Legacy, follow this order:

1. Complete Access and Installation of the gadget in your Gosocket account
2. Upload your Folios authorized by the SII (CAF files)
3. Register your Catalogs of customers, products, and other master data
4. Issue your first document from the Documentar (Issue) module
5. Query and manage what you have issued from Documentos (Documents)
