Documents

The Documents module is designed to query issued documents and view their status with the DIAN, facilitating their comprehensive management from ioFacturo Legacy.

To access this module, click on Documents from the main menu of ioFacturo.

Search Documents

The module screen presents the following search filters:

  1. The Company field shows the name of the company from which you signed in to ioFacturo.
  2. Enter the tax identification number of the document receiver to locate.
  3. Enter the folio number of the document to locate.
  4. Select the document type you are going to search for.
  5. Using the calendar that appears when you click on the fields, select the period in which the document was issued.
  6. You can select the status of the document(s) to search for.
  7. When finished, click Search.

Organization of the Documents List

The results list shows the information for each document in the following order:

  1. Issuance date of the document.
  2. Folio of the document.
  3. Document type to which the record corresponds.
  4. Tax identification data of the document receiver.
  5. Value of the document.
  6. Status of the document with the DIAN.
  7. Download button for the document's XML. The downloaded file corresponds to the Gosocket version of the XML.
  8. Download of document notes. This tool is used to query why the document is in a rejected status.
  9. In the Original Download column, you can download the tax XML corresponding to the document sent previously with the same serial number. This column is only enabled for documents with Duplicate status.
Rejected Documents

If a document appears with a rejected status with the DIAN, download its notes to find out the reason for the rejection, correct the information, and issue it again from the Invoicing module.
