This manual documents ioFacturo Legacy, the gadget that runs inside the Gosocket platform. If the screens you see do not match the screenshots, you are probably using a different variant of the product — check the ioFacturo Legacy introduction to get oriented.

This manual describes the use of ioFacturo Legacy in Paraguay: the electronic document issuance gadget that operates within the Gosocket platform, in accordance with the schemes and requirements of the National Directorate of Tax Revenue (DNIT) and its National Electronic Invoicing Integration System (SIFEN), known as e-Kuatia.

It covers the complete operation cycle: user creation and platform access, gadget installation, issuance of electronic sales vouchers and complementary documents, and configuration of customers, numbering ranges, products, and custom fields.

With ioFacturo Legacy, you can issue and manage:

  • Electronic sales vouchers: Electronic Invoice and Electronic Self-Invoice.
  • Electronic complementary documents: Electronic Credit Note (e-CN), Electronic Debit Note (e-DN), and Electronic Remittance Note.

Requirements

  • An active account on the Gosocket platform (www.gosocket.net), with username and password.
  • The ioFacturo gadget installed on your account (the manual explains how to install it).
  • The numbering ranges (printing) provided by the DNIT for the types of documents you wish to issue, loaded in the system.

Where to Start

New to ioFacturo Legacy

If this is your first time using ioFacturo Legacy, follow this order:

  1. Complete Access and Installation of the gadget on your Gosocket account
  2. Register your customers, numbering ranges, and products from Configuration
  3. Issue your first document from Electronic Invoice
  4. When you need to, issue Electronic Self-Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, or Electronic Remittance Note
