Request Access to Another Company
A user who already has an account registered in the OSE (with access to at least one company) may need access to an additional company. This access cannot be self-managed from the private portal.

This assignment is coordinated directly by email with the GoSocket Consultant/Sales representative, who performs the assignment from the administration portal.
Information required in the request
The request must include the following details:
User email
The email of the existing account to which access will be granted.Company RUC
RUC of the company to which access is being requested.Requested role
Administrator or User — the profile with which the user should be enabled in the new company.Flow
- The user already has an account registered in the OSE, associated with at least one company.
- They send an email to their GoSocket Consultant/Sales representative indicating their email, the company RUC and the requested role.
- The consultant creates the user-company relationship from the administration portal, with the requested role.
- The consultant confirms to the user that access has been granted.
- Upon signing in again, the user finds the new company available in the company selector in the portal header.

Unlike the initial registration (which starts in Pending status and requires activation by an Administrator), access granted through this process starts directly in Active status, with the requested role.
