⚠️ Common errors

  • Installer interrupted at "Installing files": it cannot be cancelled at that stage — the process must complete.
  • More than one company ID for your company: indicates that in previous installations different IDs were requested by mistake instead of using the same one. Contact your Gosocket Consultant to report the case.

How many company IDs should I have? The correct approach is to have a single company ID, which you use across all your xDoc Global installations and deployments.

Can I use the same company ID for two different companies? Only if they are a group of companies with a commercial relationship: they can share an ID to be managed together (TaxID and country are handled per area). Companies without a commercial relationship must have separate IDs.

I already had xDoc Global installed before Onboarding — what do I do? Use the same company ID from your first installation. Reinstallation is not required — Onboarding is the control process for future deployments.

Can the old installer and the Onboarding installer coexist? Yes, temporarily. Once the coexistence period ends, the old installer will be deprecated and the system will block any installation that does not go through the Onboarding process.

What is the difference between Production and Sandbox? Production processes real tax documents. Sandbox is an isolated testing environment that does not affect real documents.
