Welcome to the xPOS Gadget, the platform for centralized administration, supervision and configuration of every xPOS device deployed by your organization. It is designed to provide a friendly experience, with intuitive features that make it easy to track operational status, manage devices, view logs and much more.

This manual is written so that any user, without advanced technical knowledge, can navigate the portal and make the most of its features.

xPOS Gadget vs local Dashboard

The xPOS Gadget is the cloud portal for managing the whole device fleet. The local console that runs on each store's machine is the xPOS-Core Dashboard, a separate product.

3. Monitor — real-time status of the xPOS devices per branch: connection, version, processed documents and remote actions.
4. Contingencies — terminals that recorded events in contingency mode and their history.
5. Logs — system log visualization for monitoring and diagnostics.
6. Versions — history of published versions, release notes and downloads.
7. Settings — data persistence, updates, timing policies, branches and communications.
