v2.61.1.0
Fix release
Improvements release on top of 2.61.0.0 for Peru, El Salvador, Chile, Guatemala and Paraguay: greater precision in the unit price, more complete issuing of "Other documents", references and despatch advices, location names in El Salvador documents, more faithful multi-line descriptions in Chile, a more resilient Guatemala connector and processing of Paraguay cancellation events.
Highlights
Peru: the net unit price accepts up to 10 decimals, as SUNAT allows, and there is better support for despatch advices, withholdings, perceptions and voidings by TXT.
El Salvador: every "Other documents" line is issued, references are reported only once and documents include the department, municipality and district names.
Chile: new option to attach to the item the text that follows its description (off by default).
Guatemala: the connector with the certification provider is more resilient: it waits longer between attempts if it rejects the credentials and raises an alert.
Paraguay: cancellation events sent to SIFEN are processed.
This version, released in October 2026, will be supported for 6 months and will overlap with 2.62.0.0 once it is released.

Peru2
Net unit price with up to 10 decimals, the maximum SUNAT allows.
Better support for despatch advices, withholdings, perceptions and voiding communications by TXT file. A despatch advice without a transfer start date is issued without the transfer period.
El Salvador4
Every "Other documents" line of the TXT file is issued.
Documents with two or more transport records: each one keeps its own data.
Documents with several references: the header's "other document" is reported only once, no matter how many references the document has.
Location names: the documents sent to the platform include the department, municipality and district names of the issuer and the receiver, in addition to their codes.
Chile2
Multi-line description with trailing text: new "Conversión multilíneas posterior" checkbox in the Manager, off by default. With the multi-line description enabled, text without an amount that follows an item is attached to that item, even if the first line of the detail is a title without an amount.
If you do not turn the checkbox on, behavior is the same as before.
Guatemala4
Commercial addendum: the "Mercadería" value of the addendum type generates the addendum, same as WMM.
Connector with the certification provider: more resilient to credential rejections or token delivery failures; it waits longer between attempts (5, 15, 30, 60, 120 and 240 minutes), raises an alert and recovers on its own once the credentials are fixed.
Documents that have been in reprocessing for more than 7 days are reported in a single grouped alert.
The issued certificate is saved safely before it is delivered, so it can be recovered if saving fails.
Paraguay2
Cancellation events sent to SIFEN: they are processed, and the authority's response is looked up in the folder where it is stored.
If the authority's response is missing, the event moves to the errors folder with a clear message.
v2.61.0.0
Release
Renewed and more robust document signing, submission to the tax authority that recovers on its own after failures, new-version notices directly in the Manager, and conversion and performance improvements.
Highlights
Renewed digital signing with better certificate handling, also for Brazil.
Submission to the tax authority recovers on its own after an outage or intermittent failure (Paraguay and Guatemala), without restarting services.
The Manager notifies you of new versions with a Windows notification, without depending on another application.
Updating is safer: the update keeps the Web Service configuration and the Web Service finds on its own what it needs to sign.

Signing and certificates7
Renewed digital signing engine, more modern and secure. It includes signing of Brazil documents.
More reliable certificate loading: better key selection and serial number validation.
Ecuador: certificate files that hold several certificates are now supported.
More reliable email alerts, with a renewed sending component.
Document QR code: its address is validated and its generation is improved.
Additional validations when receiving documents through the Web Service.
The document is signed with a standardized format.
Schemas and validations2
Schemas of several countries updated.
Improvements in the validation of documents before they are sent.
Document conversion6
Bolivia: the additional data of the document total is now kept.
Mexico: improvements in document conversion.
Guatemala: document types FPEQ, FCAP, RDON and RECI are aligned with what the SAT schema defines.
Mapping field transformations are applied at a single point.
When converting with a template, the original document received is kept, and a default value was adjusted.
Panama: events 98 and 99 are not emitted by xDoc, so they no longer appear as an option.
Web Service and updates3
Special characters (accents and symbols) are preserved in template conversion, file submission and folio (CAF) loading.
The update keeps the Web Service configuration when changing version.
The Web Service finds on its own the signing components for Panama, Dominican Republic, Peru, Colombia and Guatemala: there is no need to copy them by hand.
Submission to the tax authority5
Clearer submission responses and a more stable submission.
If a queued file no longer exists, the submission skips it and continues with the other documents.
Paraguay (SIFEN): error responses or responses in an unexpected format close their connections with the tax authority. After an outage, submission recovers on its own, without restarting services. Reading the response has a maximum wait time per attempt, and in batch mode the cycle ends when retries are exhausted and moves on to the next batch.
Paraguay: the configurable time offset accepts -12 to 14 hours.
Guatemala (MegaPrint): documents left pending after an intermittent failure of the certifier are retried automatically. If the failure was a connection failure, a timeout or a temporary error, they are retried every 5 minutes with no attempt limit; an invalid or rejected document moves to the errors folder after 3 attempts. Only documents less than 7 days old are retried, up to 20 per cycle; older ones are left for manual review.
Performance1
The Excel connectors process spreadsheets faster.
Reports service (Jasper)4
The service finds Java on its own even if the machine configuration is incomplete or incorrect: it uses the JDK 17 or later installed in Windows (the highest version).
Only absolute paths on local drives are accepted; relative and network paths are discarded.
When it uses the JDK installed in Windows, it leaves a warning in the area event log showing which Java it chose.
If no Java is found, the error shows where it looked.
Manager notifications3
The new-version notice and the API connection notices are shown by the Manager itself as a Windows notification, without depending on an external application. Clicking the notification or the icon opens the update window of the Update menu, centered on the screen.
With Focus Assist on, or notifications turned off for the application, Windows does not show the notification and no notice is received; the new-version notice is repeated every time the Manager is opened while a version is pending. The «Notify loss/recovery of the connection with the Gosocket API» checkbox still controls the connection notices.
While the new-version notice has not been attended, the icon stays in the notification area («Update available»); the connection notice removes the icon after 30 seconds.
v2.60.2.0
Fix release
Improvements release on top of 2.60.1.0 with four improvements: mapping field transformations (for example, formatting a date) deliver the expected value, as in 2.59; the update keeps the Web Service configuration; the Web Service signs without extra manual steps; and the Guatemala XML is delivered on a single line.
Highlights
Field transformations, such as formatting a date, deliver the expected value for those using 2.60.0.0 or 2.60.1.0.
The Web Service configuration is kept when updating.
Panama and Peru sign through the Web Service without copying files by hand.
· 8 changes in 4 areas
Mapping: field transformations are applied only once3
The transformations of each mapping field are applied at a single point, so, for example, the date 20261204 with transformations to insert hyphens gives 2026-12-04. It applies to those using versions 2.60.0.0 or 2.60.1.0.
A field whose value in the input file contains only spaces is treated as empty.
If you use 2.60.0.0 or 2.60.1.0 and your mapping includes field transformations (for example, dates), we recommend updating to 2.60.2.0. Version 2.59.0.0 delivers the same expected result.
Update: the Web Service configuration is kept2
The updater keeps the Web Service configuration the installation already has, for example the Web Service path.
Recommendation: before updating, keep a copy of the Web Service configuration and compare it afterwards.
Web Service: signing without manual steps1
The Web Service finds the installation's signing components on its own, like the other services. There is no need to copy them by hand. Tested with Panama and Peru.
Guatemala: the XML comes out on a single line2
The unified Guatemala template delivers the XML on a single line, with the same content, which is the format the certifier expects.
If you have your own template that generates the XML with indentation, adjust it so it comes out on a single line.
v2.60.1.0
Fix release
Improvements release on top of 2.60.0.0 with two improvements: the Web Service explains which piece of data is missing in a request and the alerts service sends emails with a renewed component.
Highlights
If a request is missing a piece of data, the Web Service says which one.
Email alerts are sent with a renewed sending component.
· 5 changes in 2 areas
Web Service: clear message when data is missing3
The Web Service checks the mandatory data before processing the request and, if any is missing (for example the document type or the content), it answers with a clear message saying which one.
Missing document type: «Convert: Tipo de documento no especificado.». Missing or malformed content: «Convert: No se especificó el contenido del documento.». A correct request converts as before.
Each request must carry four pieces of data: area, password, document type and document content.
Alerts: email sending with a renewed component2
Since 2.60.1.0 the alerts service builds the emails with a renewed email component.
If you use 2.59 or 2.60.0.0 and want to receive alerts by email, update to 2.60.1.0, restart the alerts service and check that the installation's mail server (SMTP) is configured in xDoc Manager.
Dates correspond to the release package of each version. For questions about a specific installation, contact Gosocket support.
